Complaint services
Patient First Complaints offers independent complaint review services to organisations where a fresh set of eyes, or there is a benefit from someone outside the organisation completing a review on their behalf.
We strive to offer a transparent and simple pricing structure for our services. We will confirm an estimated total price at the time of the booking, which includes the initial base rate plus an hourly rate charged for completion of the work.
Case discussions
We also offer ad-hoc case discussions which are a maximum of 15 minutes long. These are charged at £20 per session. We also offer a monthly 'subscription' service that offers up to five discussions per calendar month, at a discounted rate of £80 for the month (£16 per discussion - unused discussions are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over to subsequent months).
